Refund Policy

This policy explains when you get a refund when using RemarkableSOP. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you are buying

You are buying essay credits. One credit writes one essay. A single credit costs GH₵79; a Multi-Essay Pack is 3 credits for GH₵169 or 5 credits for GH₵249. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You may write up to two free previews before paying, so you can see the quality of the writing before you spend anything.

A pack writes your first essay straight away and saves the rest of its credits against your email address. Unused credits do not expire.

2. Refunds on unused pack credits

If you have bought a pack and changed your mind, contact us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund every credit you have not spent, at the pack’s own per-essay price. Essays already written are covered by section 6 below. Once every credit in a pack has been spent, the pack is fully delivered and the sections below apply to it in the same way as a single essay.

3. If you paid but did not receive your essay

You are entitled to a full refund. Your essay is written automatically the moment your payment is confirmed, and a link to it is emailed to you. If that does not happen, contact us with your payment reference and we will either deliver the essay or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

4. If you were charged more than once

Contact us within 7 days and we will refund every duplicate charge in full. Our checkout is built to prevent this, but if it happens it is our error and you should not be out of pocket.

5. If a payment fails

A failed payment is not a charge. If the money left your account but the payment shows as failed, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or mobile money provider. If it has not returned within 5 business days, contact us with your payment reference and we will trace it with our payment provider.

6. After your essay has been delivered

A delivered essay is non-refundable, because it is written for you on demand and is yours to keep the moment it arrives. If you are not happy with it:

• edit it freely — it is yours to change and submit as your own work;
• contact us if the essay is clearly defective — for example it ignores your instructions, is the wrong essay type, or is unusable. We will rewrite it at no charge, or refund you if we cannot put it right.

We would rather fix a bad essay than keep money we have not earned. If something is genuinely wrong with what we delivered, tell us.

7. How to request a refund

Email silasobeng08@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, using the email address you paid with. Include your payment reference and a short description of the problem.

8. How long a refund takes

Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with, through our payment provider. Mobile Money refunds typically arrive within 1–5 business days; card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
